Lao Front adopts new administrative structure
The Lao Front for National Construction has adopted a new structure, which includes a ceremonial committee vice president, an inspection committee, and four advisory committees. The new structure was approved at the second plenary meeting of the Front Committee held in Vientiane last week. The meeting approved the appointment of Ms Gnotkeomani Souphanouvong as the Front’s ceremonial vice president. The Front’s Vice President Ms Khamchanh Phomsengsavanh was appointed as President of the Front Inspection Committee, which has two vice presidents and seven members. The four advisory committees to the Front comprise an advisory committee on ethnicity, another on religion, a third on social strata, and an advisory committee on Lao people living overseas.
