Regional meeting cements partnership in tourism
Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam plus Thailand (CLMV+T) have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen their cooperation in promoting tourism. The countries’ leaders agreed on their tourism partnership during the two-day Regional Workshop on Methods and Strategies for Implementing Public Private Sector for Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam Plus Thailand, which kicked off in Vientiane on May 3. The workshop was the first for the public and private sectors of the CLMV+T countries, whose representatives came together to discuss various issues in the tourism industry.
